The International Council for Human-Aligned Intelligence (ICHAI) is an independent, non-profit advisory body established to support the responsible governance of intelligent and algorithmically mediated systems in relation to human cognition, autonomy, and dignity.
ICHAI provides interpretive guidance, advisory insight, and stewardship for voluntary global frameworks addressing how intelligence systems interact with human decision-making and behaviour.
ICHAI does not exercise regulatory, enforcement, or licensing authority.
